Spinach Egg Scramble with Feta and Tomatoes

Roughly crumble your feta.
Finely chop onion and tomato.
Pour olive oil into the pan and cook onions until slightly yellow.
Add tomato, spinach, eggs and egg white to onions and cook through as a scramble. Toss half feta into the pan to melt with the scramble.
Serve with remaining cheese on top.
