400 gr Chickpeascooked, drained

2 small/ 1 medium Beetroot1 beet is equal to 80 gr,

3 tbsp Tahini

1 big clove Garlic

130 ml Chickpeas Water

35 ml Lemon juice

1/2 tsp Ground cumin

1/4 tsp Allspice
Directions
For making hummus it’s better to use over-boiled chickpeas so the final texture will be smoother. However, if you don’t have time to cook your own chickpeas, canned kind is totally fine and absolutely delicious as well.
So first you need to peel and grate the beets using big teeth of a box grater. Then peel and chop the garlic.
Put all the ingredients together in the blender cup or some bigger bowl if needed and blend till the consistency is nicely smooth and even.
