Ingredients

400 gr Rye flour
100 gr Steel cut oats
200 ml Soya milk
50 gr Coconut oil
1 tsp Sea salt
2 tbsp Rice malt syrup
1,5 tsp Baking soda
150 gr Raisins

Simple Vegan Rye Oat Bread with Raisins

Mix in one bowl rye flour, oats, raisins, salt and baking soda.

In another bowl slightly whisk soya  milk, rice malt syrup and coconut oil till even consistency.

Pour liquid  into dry ingredients and and mix all together first with spatula then with your hands.

Dust your kitchen counter and your hands with some rye flour. Knead the dough shortly on the counter and shape it into a ball. Make an  X cut in the center and transfer onto an oven tray lined with parchment.

Bake at 180 °C (360 °F) for 45 min-50 min.
