In a small pot mix  almond milk and spices. Cover with a lid and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat to the minimum and simmer for 10 min.

Take off the heat and sift milk into the mug to remove the spices. Let it sit for 5 more minutes to get colder, then add honey to sweeten up your drink.
