I promise as soon as you make these apple chips and taste them you are going to be blown away by realizing that something soooo delicious can be made so damn easy! And you will make them over and over again. They are addictive… In a guilt-free way though, quite the opposite 😉

So here we go.

Start with preheating your oven to 100 °C / 215 °F. Next slice apples as thinly and equal as you can with a knife or use a mandoline. Place apple slices on the baking tray lined with parchment and generously sprinkle them with a mix of cinnamon and ginger powder. Use a few baking trays to dry all the slices in the oven at the same time. You can make as much batches at a time as your oven allows.

Put apples into the oven and cook for 1 hour. Then take them out and flip over. Put them back to the oven for 10 more min.
Let the chips get completely cold before serving (it will literally take a couple of seconds). Enjoy the healthy snack and treat your family!
