First of all set your your oven at 180 °C / 360 °F to preheat it, so that no precious time wasted.
Then prepare ingredients for the topping. Dice sweet green pepper, finely chop walnuts and dill, grate cheddar using big teeth of a box grater and garlic using a microplane. Mix all the prepared ingredients for the topping in a small bowl.
Cut each tomato into three equal slices. Line baking tray with a piece of baking paper and place tomato circles on it.
