Airlight Coconut Oat Crepes with Fruits

Whisk egg white into dense foam, than add almond milk and water. Mix in oat flour and shredded coconut.

Pour the batter into a hot non-stick pan using a ladle. Spread a circle of batter in a pan shaping large thin crepes. On medium heat one crepe takes 10 seconds on each side.

Serve crepes with fresh sliced fig and chopped nectarine on top.
