100 gr Dark chocolate
6 medium Kiwi
3 tsp Shredded coconut

Kiwi Pops

Satisfying sweet tooth in a healthy way!

Peel and slice kiwis between 1/4 and 1/2 inch or 1-2 cm thick.  Gently insert sticks to kiwi rounds, place kiwi pops onto plate/baking dish lined with parchment. Place into thr freezer for 15 minutes .

Melt chocolate over the stove.

Take kiwi from the freezer and dip each pop into the chocolate, using a spoon to assist adding the chocolate onto the kiwi.

Return onto the parchment  and  top with shredded coconut. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours for chocolate to set.

Pops can be stored in the airtight container for 3 days.
